Acetrum Technologies ("Acetrum", "we", "us") operates acetrum.com. This policy explains what information we collect through the site, why we collect it, and the choices you have. - Chatbot conversations — messages you send our on-site assistant. If a conversation looks like a project enquiry, the assistant may ask for contact details and forward the exchange to our team by email so we can follow up — the same way a submitted contact form would be handled.
- Usage analytics— Google Analytics collects standard technical data (pages viewed, approximate location from IP, device/browser type) via cookies, so we can see what’s working on the site. We don’t use this to identify you personally.
We don't collect payment details, government IDs, or other sensitive personal data through this site — engagements with clients are set up separately, off-site.

acetrum.com uses cookies set by Google Analytics to measure site usage, and a small local-storage flag that remembers your light/dark display preference — nothing else. You can block or delete cookies at any time through your browser's settings; the site remains fully usable without them, though we'll lose the ability to remember your display preference.
How long we keep it
Contact-form and chatbot enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting engagement, then deleted or archived. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained on Google's standard schedule for GA4.
Your rights

This site is intended for businesses and professionals evaluating our services. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
